By downloading or using the app Ruha ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Ruha offers optional "Premium" subscriptions.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belongs to Ruha App. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

4. Usage Data & Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. The App does not collect personal data. Location data is processed locally on your device for Prayer Times and Qibla accuracy only. For more details, please review our [Privacy Policy].

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. While we strive for accuracy in Prayer Times and Qibla direction, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to variations in calculation methods and hardware sensors. You should use the App as a tool to assist your worship, but verify timings with your local mosque if unsure.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ruha be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.
